5) Behaviour and suitability
  • Your dog must be safe to handle and suitable for a home/boarding environment.

Printed Goods T&C's

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases of printed goods sold on the Pawsitive Effect website (“we”, “us”, “our”). Printed goods may include (for example) apparel, accessories, homeware, stationery, and other items that are printed to order (“Printed Goods”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Print-on-demand fulfilment
  • Many of our Printed Goods are produced using print-on-demand (POD) fulfilment.

  • This means items are made to order after you purchase them.

  • POD items may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party fulfilment partners on our behalf.

2) Orders and payment
  • Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and stock/production availability.

  • Where sizes are offered (for example, clothing), please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

4) Shipping and delivery
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy.

  • If your order contains multiple item types (for example, Printed Goods and dog treats), items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

5) Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Our Returns Policy explains what you can return, when, and how.

Because many Printed Goods are made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited (for example, for change of mind or incorrect size selection), except where an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Please refer to our Returns Policy for:

  • eligibility and time limits

  • how to request a return

  • evidence required (for example, photos of damage or printing issues)
